The first time I heard about Light Language, I didn’t understand it. My mind couldn’t grasp the sounds, but my heart remembered them. It felt like something ancient was awakening inside me, like something that had been waiting patiently beneath words.

Is Light Language something I can learn?
Yes, you can learn it, but not in the traditional sense. You can’t study Light Language from a book or memorize it like French or Spanish. You can only remember it.
It already lives in your energy field, encoded within your DNA. The process of “learning” it is actually unlearning, releasing the control of the mind and surrendering to your natural flow.
When you stop trying to sound right, you’ll start to sound real.
How did I begin speaking Light Language?
Light Language came to me nearly 20 years ago in a process of conscious activation – a process that I follow now with my students.
I learnt that this phenomenon existed and I have been drawn to it, so I have consciously looked for ways to activate it.
My first light language, Arcturian, awakened in this intentional process of opening myself to a higher frequency – with the help of a friend who already spoke Light Language (albeit of a different origin) – and then simply letting it flow. I was so elated when this energy first awakened in me, I spent a whole night in nature, practicing my new supernatural ability.
My consecutive Light Languages activated upon contact with particular Galactic frequencies: Sirian, Pleiadian, Lyran, Andromedan, Blue Avian, and so on. As soon as I connected to a particular energy, my Soul memories were awakening and the language was flowing effortlessly.
What does Light Language sound like?
Unlike human language where you can hear an accent and immediately tell what language it is, Light Language can sound like anything. Whispers, tones, syllables, bird chirps or even songs! Some people express it through movement, writing, or hand symbols.
The beauty of Light Language is that it doesn’t have to fit in the premises of what we as humans consider a language, because it is not a linguistic but an energetic phenomenon. Each Light Language carries its own sound, rhythm and energetic signature. Some resemble earthly languages, while others sound entirely otherworldly. What truly sets them apart from human speech is not sound but frequency.
For instance, the Language of the Akashic Keepers often comes through as melodic chants, while the Blue Avian Language carries the playful resonance of bird chirps. Lemurian Light Language has a flowing, island-like quality, reminiscent of Pacific tongues.. Arcturian can sound Middle-Eastern, with tones echoing Hebrew or Arabic, though the words themselves are completely different. Lyran Feline often feels close to Spanish. Of course, these are only approximations: the essence of each Light Language lies in its vibration, not its vocabulary. How can I start speaking Light Language myself?
Here’s a simple way to activate your Light Language:
- Begin with intention. Take a few deep breaths and let your body feel safe, stable and present. From this calm space, set your intention clearly – perhaps, “I’m ready to activate my Light Language” or “I choose to remember my original frequency.”
- Connect with higher energy. The real key lies in being surrounded by a strong spiritual frequency that stirs remembrance within you. When I facilitate activations, my role is to bring this energy so that your own resonance can awaken in response.
- Let sound move through you. Open your mouth and allow sounds to emerge freely: anything except your familiar human language. Don’t overthink or translate; just express what naturally flows, even if it feels unusual to your conscious mind.
- Stay open and curious. If your mind questions what’s happening, simply observe without judgement. Keep allowing the sounds to move through. The activation unfolds in this surrender – in trusting what flows rather than controlling it.

What if it feels forced or fake?
That’s completely normal! Most of my students when first activated have to overcome this conscious mind block of, “Am I just pretending?” But Light Language isn’t about performance, it’s about permission.
It’s the moment you allow yourself to sound “weird” that your soul finally feels safe to express itself. The resistance you feel is just your nervous system adjusting to a new frequency of authenticity.

Do I need to understand what I’m saying?
You don’t have to, as Light Language operates beyond logic. It’s pure frequency, and your energy system knows exactly what to do with it.
However it is absolutely possible to understand light language.
When I speak Light Language, I very often translate it for the benefit of the listeners. My body and field understand the message even if it isn’t a word for word translation..
So release the need for literal translation. The understanding happens in your energy field, not your thoughts.

Light Language is one of the most powerful ways to regulate your energy, heal emotional blocks, and raise your frequency.

You’ll feel it, and you’ll know it! Not in your mind, but in your body, your gut, your soul. You might notice sensations in your body like tingling, warmth, or tears. Sometimes, you’ll feel peace or expansion.

Absolutely, once your own channel is open, you can share Light Lanuage with others through voice, song, or energy work. In fact, it is an ability that is meant to be shared and strengthens the more you use it for the benefit of those who need healing or transformation.
Remember, though, that your role isn’t to fix anyone. It’s to hold and transmit frequency. When you transmit Light Language codes, you’re simply offering a vibration that reminds others of their own wholeness.
What if nothing comes out when I try?
Then it is your conscious mind’s grip blocking your Soul’s expression, judging it before it even comes out to the world. That’s the single most common block to activating Light Language: fear of sounding weird and opening yourself up to the unknown. But the truth is, it is not the unknown – it’s the most familiar frequency ever. The expression will come when your mind and body feels safe enough to release it.
How can I integrate Light Language into daily life?
Let it become natural. Speak it when you’re driving, when you’re in the shower, when you’re walking your dog.
It doesn’t need to be a ritual, but rather, a remembering, a returning to true self. The more you express it, the more it weaves into your daily frequency until it becomes part of your energy signature.
