Every now and then, I slow down and ask a very important question: “What do you need from me today?”
But I’m not asking a client or a friend or my partner.
I am speaking to my business.
And the strangest thing always happens. I feel it responds. Not in words, but in a wave of energy. A soft pull in my chest. A sudden knowing that there was something ready to be released, and something else quietly waiting to be born.
Your Business Is Alive and Listening – Work With It!
This is how most of my successful projects or campaigns always start. From a dialogue with my business’ energetic field. Because here’s what I’ve come to know (not believe, not hope, but deeply know) through years of doing this work: Your business is a living, breathing thing.
It’s not just a brand, nor is it a mere strategy of syncing content calendars, social media campaigns, pricing models or client avatars. It’s alive!
Your business holds your intentions, values, patterns, and even your distortions; in other words, your business holds frequency. It remembers what you’ve poured into it and absorbs what you withhold. And just like any living being, it responds to how you engage with it.
This isn’t poetic fluff. This is energetic mechanics.
Your Business Feels You Before It Sees Your Strategy
We’re trained to treat businesses like a machine, like something unfeeling that the only work it needs is optimization, marketing, controlling, or scaling.
But here’s the truth that gets left out of the textbooks and webinars: Your business responds to energy before it responds to action.
That email campaign might look perfect on paper, but if the energy behind it is shaky, unsure, or secretly desperate? People will feel that. They might not know why they’re not clicking, buying, or trusting but they will feel the disconnect.
On the other hand, I’ve seen entrepreneurs post “imperfect” offers with wobbly Canva graphics and zero strategy… and make thousands. Why? Because the field of the business was alive, clear, resonant. It wasn’t the font. It was the frequency.
Business as Co-Creation, Not Control
When you stop trying to control your business and instead begin partnering with it, something wild happens. You stop white-knuckling your results or measuring your worth by your income. You stop launching from burnout and calling it “drive.” And you begin listening.
You begin attuning to what actually wants to move through you and become less focused on forcing growth. Instead, you’re more attuned to where your business is already expanding naturally. Sometimes, that looks like pivoting a whole offer. Sometimes, it’s simply releasing that old sales page that never really felt like you.
And no, this doesn’t mean abandoning structure or strategy. It means letting structure be an expression of your frequency, not a substitute for it. You can still write a marketing plan. You just write it from clarity, not fear.
Your business isn’t a machine to fix. It’s a field to steward. And when you treat it with care, intention, and presence—when you clear, speak, listen, and lead—it doesn’t just make money. It evolves with you.
How to Actually Work on Your Business Field
This might be the part where you’re wondering, “Okay, but what does this look like?”
It’s simpler than it sounds. You already know how to tune in to energy. You’ve done it with people, places, even objects that either light you up or drain you. Your business is no different. So here are some of the things you can do:
- Talk to your business. Not just metaphorically, but actually talk to it! Ask it what it needs. What is it holding? And is it tired of something? Let the energy move.
- Set intentions. Not because you’re manifesting your way out of responsibility, but because you understand how powerful clarity is. You’re not begging the universe—you’re aligning your field and your business’s field into resonance.
- Listen to it in meditation. In moments of silence, during your first sip of morning coffee or while on a walk, listen to how the energy of your business talks to you. It’s usually the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your business. That’s the energy speaking. Ask where things feel stagnant. Ask what wants to be cleared.
- Run energy through it. Light language, breathwork, visualization, prayer, intuitive recalibration—whatever your modality is, use it to bring vitality and coherence back into the space. Imagine that energy flowing through your business space, your computer, your products, and expect the energy to cleanse and recalibrate your business.
- Lastly, clear the gunk. That outdated course you no longer love but still have sitting on your website? That funnel that was created from a “should”? That email automation written from a version of you that doesn’t exist anymore? Clear. It. Out. The field gets heavy when it’s holding things that are no longer alive. And heavy fields block clarity, creativity, and cash. The Business Responds. Always.
When you do this energetic work and you actually relate to your business as a living field instead of a lifeless project, it responds. Not “someday” or “when the algorithm likes you.” But often right away.
A random client inquiry comes in or an old client returns out of nowhere or a download for your next offer drops in during your morning stretch. Coincidence? Maybe. But if you’ve been doing this work for a while, you know better.
When You Are the Business: The Entanglement Trap
Now here’s where it gets sticky. Because if your business is alive… what happens when you start living inside it? This is what I call entanglement. And I’ve danced with it more than I’d like to admit.
Entanglement is when your business becomes your identity. When you can’t tell where your energy ends and the business begins. It when your nervous system is plugged into your Stripe account, and a dip in revenue feels like a personal failure.
For example, before I even came to work with energetics, I felt like the whole world was hanging on the balance of my productivity. I once took a week off, no work, just rest. By day three, I was spiraling. My entire sense of safety was tied to how the business was doing without me. Spoiler alert: That wasn’t sovereignty. That was codependence.
If your business collapses the moment you rest, that’s not a reflection of its fragility. That’s a sign your personal field is running the whole show. That is entanglement, and it’s a sure-fire way to drive your business to the ground.
Letting Your Business Breathe
There’s also the opposite version of entanglement, and it’s when you’re not just merged with the field, but trapped inside it. You’re exhausted. You’re busy, but not expanded. It’s like you’re pouring your heart and soul into a project but you still can’t seem to rub two coins together as your return on investment. Your creativity? Gone. Strategy? Repetitive. You’re moving, but not forward. That’s a sign that the container that was meant to hold your work is now holding you.
What to do in this situation? Simple. Step out of the field energetically. Reconnect with your own sovereign self and remember that you’re not the business, you’re the visionary! You return to work, but now from above, not from within.
Love your business, yes. But don’t lose yourself inside it.
Your Offers Are Alive, Too!
Once you begin working with your business as a living energetic field, something quietly beautiful begins to reveal itself: you realize that every product, every program, every offer inside that field? They’re alive and conscious, too.
Whether they’re high-touch coaching prgorammes or a single PDF download, your offers aren’t just assets in your income stream. They’re conscious entities, thereby carrying purpose and having their own energetic architecture.
There’s something profoundly humbling and deeply relieving about realizing your job isn’t to push offers out into the world. Your job is to steward them. To midwife them into form. To attune to the exact frequency they carry, rather than squeezing them into the funnel-shaped boxes that hustle culture would prefer.
I’ve had clients cry when the name of an offer drops in. And not because it’s catchy or clever. Because it’s true. Because it vibrates with something ancient and unspoken. Something that doesn’t just say “here’s a thing I’m selling,” but rather, “this is a message that wants to be anchored.”
The Sacred Invitation
When you treat your offers as living energy beings rather than strategic content assets, the whole creation process changes.
You ask your offers to tell you their ideal format, their delivery method, their price point, even their audience. You let their soul speak.
Sometimes, they’ll need to be retired, not because they weren’t good, but because their mission is complete. Other times, you’ll feel an old offer stirring again, ready to be reborn through a new lens, updated to match your current frequency.
You’re no longer building offers. You’re channeling them.
The pressure to perform softens. The need to constantly prove dissolves. And in its place, something far more powerful arises: a partnership. A co-creation. A sacred dialogue between your soul and the work it’s here to do in the world.
This isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing from a different frequency — one rooted in sovereignty, clarity, and deep energetic attunement.
